Visualing walkshop
Taking inspiration from her visual journaling practice, join Dr. Sheree Mack as we take a walk around the nature reserve and across the page to discover new ways of exploring and documenting our vital connection with nature, others and ourselves. There are no rules in visual journalling. Everything is right.
We will smear paint on pages, stick down images and text to create a visual journal. Prompts, text, quotes are then used to allow us to start adding our own thoughts and feelings about nature connection.
Leave after our creative time together with your own unique visual journal to continue your practice beyond. “
